The gardens are truly exceptional, bursting with blooms and creating a lovely atmosphere. The indoor pool with its open roof is perfect for swimming laps in a comfortable setting.
Unfortunately, the beach quality leaves a lot to be desired, mixed with pebbles and stones that make it pretty hazardous for swimming. There were also some serious issues with room descriptions. many reported misleading information about views and were offered upgrades at a high cost. Breakfast options felt limited, and the quality of coffee was disappointing, a common complaint. the additional fees for amenities, like sunbeds, can catch you off guard, especially when many expect them to be included. Lastly, I noticed almost all information was in German, making it tricky for non-German guests to find their way around.

Perfect for those seeking relaxation
My stay was marked by an outstanding attention to detail, especially during breakfast at the seafront restaurant. I still can’t forget sipping my coffee, hearing waves crashing while the staff catered to my every whim, the setting was just paradise.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

I had a fabulous week here with a stunning suite and enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, although the outdated bathroom was a letdown. I’d definitely come back next year!

Enjoyed the immaculate tropical gardens filled with vibrant flowers. The spa experience exceeded my expectations with an excellent selection of treatments, especially the massages. Breakfast by the seaside was a highlight, featuring a diverse buffet. I appreciated the large heated saltwater pool with a retractable roof, perfect for any weather. I faced some issues with the room description being misleading. The shower had persistent leaking problems, despite reporting it daily. This situation lingered for two days before any action was taken. some breakfast options felt repetitive with limited variety. Lastly, navigating the hotel rules about reserving sunbeds and additional fees for amenities caught me off guard.
